"Louisa's coaching changed my life. I've worked with various therapists, counsellors, and coaches over the years, and Louisa's deep empathy and understanding of my experience as a woman of color with ADHD makes a huge difference. She just gets it."

"Louisa's coaching has been vital in helping me navigate a range of situations at work. Through our regular sessions, she has helped me uncover a deeper understanding of myself and has equipped me with new tools and approaches that I've already utilised at work. Louisa provided the space and time for me to find my own answers to problems, whilst helping me stay connected to my core strengths and my values. She has an uncanny ability to provide lightbulb moments and I would highly recommend her to anyone."

"Before I started coaching, I was feeling burnt out from my nursing role and had recently been diagnosed with ADHD. I found Louisa through the Edward Jenner course resources, and I'm so glad I reached out to her. Coaching has given me much more confidence in my decision making (professionally and personally), a far better understanding of what drives and motivates me professionally, and perhaps most importantly, much less shame around my ADHD diagnosis.
One of the biggest things I'll take away from our sessions is the work we did exploring my values and learning to stop blaming myself for things that were never personal failings. Louisa created such a supportive, safe space where I could talk honestly about work, my challenges, and what I really needed without feeling judged.
If you're considering working with her, I would definitely recommend you do as the experience improved my confidence and I learned how to express myself clearly. Coaching with Louisa has been incredibly valuable experience for me and I would not hesitate to recommend her to friends or colleagues with ADHD needing coaching advice!"

"Louisa has helped me make sense of things I had struggled to put into words. Through coaching, I've gained a much better understanding of myself, my strengths, and how my neurodivergent brain works. What stands out most is how naturally Louisa balances empathy with challenge. I always felt listened to and understood, but she also knew exactly when to ask the question that made me stop and think differently.
The biggest change for me has been greater self-belief and clarity about what I want from the future. I now spend less time trying to fit into other people's expectations and more time focusing on what genuinely aligns with my values and strengths. If you're considering coaching with Louisa, I'd say go for it. She creates a space where real growth feels possible."

"I wanted to try ADHD coaching because it aligned with my values around self-development. My career as a social worker is fast-paced and I had experienced burnout in the past, so I wanted to learn more about myself and develop strategies that could help me.
I have always felt that I identify with aspects of ADHD, particularly inattentiveness, procrastination and the feeling that the work is never done. Although I’m not diagnosed with ADHD, the principles Louisa and I discussed before our sessions made me realise that, regardless of a diagnosis, this was the type of coaching I wanted to try.
Through coaching, I’ve been able to understand myself better and become more assertive. For example, I was going through a difficult situation with a friend and, when I explained it to Louisa, she was able to quickly understand what was happening and help me explore how some of my ADHD tendencies may have been showing up in the situation. I’m so grateful for this because I’ve learnt to take my ADHD traits seriously and understand how they manifest for me. I’ve since been able to have honest conversations with friends, family and my workplace.
I have truly felt heard and listened to throughout our sessions. They have been empowering, helpful and empathetic. We have made goals, completed goals, and I have been able to make sustainable changes in my life.
I’ve really appreciated how in tune Louisa is with ADHD. She understands it and explains it in a way that feels positive and empowering. I also love how authentic and transparent she has been throughout the process, including sharing her own journey.
If you feel that ADHD is stopping you from living a full life, I would definitely recommend coaching with Louisa. She treats each session as an opportunity to work towards a specific goal, and by the end we are able to either meet that goal or come away with a strategy for moving forward."
